You have 30 days from the date of your original repair. After that, the option is no longer available. We send a reminder link after your repair is complete so you don't forget.
The 3-month extension gives you 6 months of total coverage (3 free + 3 paid). The 9-month extension gives you a full 12 months total. The 9-month plan also includes priority scheduling, meaning you get seen faster if you need a follow-up visit.
Yes. If you sell your home or the appliance during the coverage period, the warranty transfers to the new owner. Just let us know and we'll update our records.
Your warranty coverage doesn't expire while we're waiting for a part. If a backordered part delays the repair, your coverage is extended to account for the wait time.
The extended warranty is non-refundable once purchased. Think of it like insurance -- you're paying for the peace of mind and the guarantee that you won't face another repair bill.
The warranty covers the repair we performed and related components. If a completely unrelated issue arises -- for example, we fixed your dryer's heating element and later the door latch breaks -- that would be a separate repair. But if it's related to the original fix, you're covered.
